Welcome to Anderwood Guitars, the UK’s home of the Weissenborn Style, Hawaiian acoustic lap steel slide guitar.

Anderwood produce fine hand-crafted Weissenborn acoustic lap steel guitars renowned for their great tone and playability. These beautiful sounding instruments recreate and represent an ancient way of playing guitar and have real connections to Hawaii, Roots music and a surf culture.

29/01. After a few special requests, we now have a hardshell guitar case to fit our LTX series deep body Weissenborn's. The new case is the same price as the Stardard size, so all you have to do is specify that you'd like the deeper one at the time of ordering.
25/01. Our LT-0MME model Weissenborn (Matt with a pick up) is now back in stock. We'll be finishing up quite a few different models this week and next, so keep an eye out for updates.

14/01. Due to the popularity of our AW series Weissenborns, a couple of months ago we started work on a new AW model Lap steel. The prototype is coming along a treat and should be finished by the end of the month. All going well we'll be adding this model to our range of guitars by the summer. :0)
